Problem
Zahir previously had no ready to use HR product, causing the company to lose recurring revenue opportunities while customers relied on third-party HR tools. Designing HR systems also came with high complexity, especially around payroll, tax, and employee benefits, where even small UX mistakes could reduce user trust.
Solution
I designed Zahir HR from the ground up with a scalable and user-friendly experience that could support multiple user roles such as HR teams, finance, business owners, and employees. The product was built under limited resources while maintaining a flexible UX foundation for future feature expansion like payroll and reporting.
Impact
Zahir HR successfully launched as a commercial SaaS product and grew to 4,000+ active users across various companies. It became an important part of the Zahir ecosystem while providing a scalable UX foundation that supports long-term business growth and future product development.
