Problem
Moria Fund started with early design concepts covering savings, investments, financing, and social funds. While the ideas were already defined, the platform lacked a clear structure, consistent information architecture, and well defined user journeys, making the overall experience difficult to scale and implement.
Solution
I restructured the platform from the ground up by defining the information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns across both user and admin experiences. The design focused on simplifying complex financial processes while creating efficient workflows for managing transactions, participant data, and fund operations.
Impact
The result was a scalable design foundation that transformed fragmented concepts into a cohesive product vision. This foundation provided clear guidance for future development and positioned Moria Fund to evolve into a fully functional cooperative finance platform.
